Star And Buc Wild Leave Pulse 87

Star & Buc Wild exit mornings at Mega Media Group’s Rhythmic CHR WNYZ-LP (Pulse 87)/New York. Pulse says in the latest Arbitron Ratings that it had become “the most listened to Dance Music Station in the country” and that it and the duo jointly concluded that Pulse 87 should build on the “opportunity to immerse in the dance music culture and lifestyle.”

Mega Media Group CEO Alex Shvarts stated, “We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Troi Torain (Star) and his team. He was a big part of the launch of Pulse 87. Star is a world class talent and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.”

Star added “I’m proud of my role in the launch of Pulse 87 and I leave with a new found respect for the dance music culture.”

Star (aka Troi Torain) and Buc Wild (aka Timothy Joseph) joined the station in January for a return to New York airwaves
