DMX/Earl Simmons was arrested this evening for the umpteenth time in front of a Miami Wal-Mart. How fitting. According to the Miami Herald:
Simmons, 37, was in a vehicle parked in a handicapped spot in the parking lot at 1425 NE 163rd St., police said.
‘The officer approached him and a routine check revealed that he had a warrant out of Maricopa County,’
It is still beyond me how and why this dude gets released each time he goes to lock up. I really feel he needs to do life in rehab!!! this is crazy
